The food is cold and the taste of the garlic bread has degraded so much. Instead of mozrella , cream cheese has been used and the toppings have been placed in such a scare and bad manner that seeing the food u won't feel like eating it . Very bad experience

I just visited Pizza Hut at DB mall Gwl. The behaviour of the staff was very rude and there was no proper accountability of the charges what the cashier had asked and on enquiring about the taxes the cashier denied to share any input and he rudely refuses to entertain only . I approached the senior manager available at store but he also denied to tell the amount/accountability of extra money being asked by the cashiers without the cash memo/ invoice. Regards Service: 1
