Today at around 8 PM, I walked in and ordered a medium pizza. Before entering, I noticed a notice on the board that clearly stated: "Buy a Medium or Crispy pizza and get 2 dishes and 1 beverage free." However, we only received one item—a Pepsi with our pizza. After finishing my meal, I asked the pizza team about the missing items, and they simply said that the offer is only valid on Wednesdays. It felt like they were making fun of me, and I saw others being treated the same way. I strongly advise people not to go there—they are cheating, and the management is terrible. Service: 1

My children's visit to Pizza Hut at Secura Centre was disappointing. The customer service was poor; the staff at the counter were completely disinterested and very arrogant when they saw the coupon vouchers. They refused to honor today’s offer. I do not recommend a repeat visit due to the poor service. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
