Extremely Disappointing Experience at Pizza Hut Dharwad Rating: I had a terrible experience with the staff and delivery service at Pizza Hut Dharwad. The in-store staff were extremely unprofessional and rude. They seemed uninterested in serving customers and behaved like they were doing us a favor. To make things worse, the delivery agents and telecallers are just as bad. I’ve had multiple late deliveries with cold food, and they never apologize or take responsibility. One time, the delivery agent argued with me over the address even though it was clearly mentioned. No accountability at all. Customer service is non-existent — they either ignore complaints or give robotic responses with no resolution. Pizza Hut seriously needs to train their staff in basic courtesy. When I asked to delivery now she tells after 3 hours she can deliver. Even she simply lies Service: 1

The pizza was just okay, nothing special. The overall experience was disappointing because the staff were not very friendly and the place wasn’t well-maintained. We had also ordered cool drinks, and instead of handing us the straws properly, they just placed them directly on the table, which was not clean. Hygiene and customer service definitely need improvement. Wouldn’t recommend unless they improve their standards.
