I placed an order for Pizza, Aloo Paratha, and Coffee. Although it was raining, the delivery delay of nearly two hours was quite long, and the food arrived cold. I appreciate the rider's effort in bad weather, but I would recommend better packaging and delivery coordination to maintain food quality during such situations.

I had worst experience in this restaurant Pizza Burst Shalamar. The food quality as well as the taste was very poor. No such varieties in starters, main course and dessert. I had Paneer in Main course having worst quality. The pieces of Paneer were very tight, it seems they were 3-4 days rotten pieces. The Pizzas served by them were tasteless. Bread used in Naan was weird. Only icecream was there in the name of Dessert. Service was too late that food in the plate got cold every single time before the serving of Naan and other items. Also no such hygiene was maintained in the restaurant. Worst happened when i went to their washroom but I could not use their washroom because they hadn't check whether the customers were flushing or not (yukkkkkk ). At the end they just felt sorry and didn't compromise with price. Only customers are compromising with food quality and services provided by them. They are not compromising at all. Never visit this restaurant and do not waste your money. I repeat never. Pizza burst Pizza worst Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
