Pizza Burst (Sagar Sweets Branch) – Very Poor Service & Quality On my recent visit, both service and food quality have drastically declined. The staff behavior is very careless—if you ask for anything like cleaning the table, a spoon/fork, or a specific item, they say “yes” but no one actually comes. We asked multiple times, even informed the manager, but no action was taken even after 30–60 minutes. After starters, the table was never cleaned. We later ordered dessert, but no response at all, even after waiting for half an hour. Even basic things like forks and spoons take 20 minutes to arrive. Food quality has also dropped badly. The starters and pizzas were disappointing. The pizza barely had any cheese—mostly mayonnaise instead of real cheese, which completely ruined the taste. There is also a lot of parking issue, making the experience worse. Worst service experience ever. If you plan to visit Pizza Burst, avoid this Sagar Sweets branch. You’re better off visiting another Pizza Burst outlet or The D Pizza restaurant instead.
