I recently had the pleasure of dining at Pine Wood Restaurant, and I must say that the experience left me thoroughly satisfied and impressed. The restaurant staff and waiters were very kind, friendly and helpful their service was excellent. The restaurant not only boasts a warm and inviting ambiance but also offers a delectable array of vegetarian dishes that left me craving for more. In addition to the delightful vegetarian dishes, I also had the opportunity to savor the non-vegetarian offering of Malai Kebab at Pine Wood Restaurant. I must say that it was a culinary masterpiece that left a lasting impression. The Malai Kebab was a true indulgence for meat lovers. Tender pieces of chicken were marinated in a rich, creamy blend of spices and yogurt, resulting in a melt-in-your-mouth experience. The chicken was perfectly cooked, with a charred exterior that added a delightful smoky flavor to each bite. The marinade infused the meat with a luscious creaminess that heightened the overall taste. The presentation of the Malai Kebab was equally impressive. The kebabs were beautifully plated, garnished with fresh herbs and served with a side of mint chutney. The presentation showcased the attention to detail and the chef's dedication to creating a visually appealing and appetizing dish. Overall, my dining experience at Pine Wood Restaurant was truly memorable. The vegetarian dishes such as Babycorn Crispy, Gobi Manchurian and Veg Fried Rice were outstanding, showcasing the chef's expertise in vegetarian cuisine. Additionally, the non-vegetarian delight of Malai Kebab exemplified the restaurant's ability to cater to a wide range of tastes and preferences. I wholeheartedly recommend Pine Wood Restaurant for an unforgettable dining experience that celebrates both vegetarian and non-vegetarian culinary delights. Prepare to be amazed by the skillfully crafted dishes that will leave you wanting to return for more. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Large vegetarian selection, Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes Vegetarian options: One of the standout vegetarian dishes that I had the pleasure of indulging in was the Babycorn Crispy. The dish was a delightful combination of perfectly cooked vegetables, coated in a crispy batter and tossed in flavourful tangy sauce. Each bite was a burst of flavors, with a satisfying crunch that made it truly irresistible. The Babycorn Crispy was a testament to the chef's expertise in creating a harmony of textures and tastes. Another vegetarian delight that stole the show was the Gobi Manchurian. The dish featured tender cauliflower florets coated in crisp batter and tossed in a tangy and spicy sauce. The cauliflower was cooked to perfection, retaining its natural crunch while absorbing the delightful flavors of the sauce. The Gobi Manchuria was a delightful balance of sweetness, spiciness, and tanginess, making it a true crowd-pleaser. (I have eaten Babycorn Crispy and Gobi Manchurian in many other restaurants and I've never before come across a restaurant that made them so crispy) To complement these dishes, I also ordered the Veg Fried Rice, and it exceeded my expectations. The rice was perfectly cooked and infused with a medley of colorful vegetables, resulting in a satisfying and aromatic combination. Each grain of rice was separate and fluffy, and the vegetables added a refreshing crunch to every bite. The Veg Fried Rice was a delightful accompaniment to the other dishes. Overall, my experience at Pine Wood Restaurant was exceptional, particularly when it came to their vegetarian offerings. The Babylon Crispy, Gobi Manchuria, and Veg Fried Rice were a testament to the chef's culinary skills and attention to detail. The flavors were mouth wateringly good, the presentation was impeccable, and the dishes were a true celebration of vegetarian cuisine.
