I visited Pinbaluchi sector 45,Gurgaon with my family after making an advance reservation through Dineout. Despite having a confirmed booking, we were made to wait for around 30 minutes.The service was very poor. Many items we asked for were unavailable. Even basic items like rumali roti were not in stock. It was frustrating to repeatedly hear that dishes were not available.The food quality was equally disappointing. The half chicken gravy we ordered had only two pieces, and the quantity was not worth the price. The taste was very bad, and the gravies seemed stale. The rasmalai served to us was also stale, which we escalated to the manager.Additionally, the Malai Chaap was extremely bad — it had no proper spices and tasted mostly like plain milk. Overall, both quality and taste were below expectations.This experience completely spoiled our family outing. Based on this visit, I would not recommend this restaurant.
