Persona Restaurant offers a visually stunning dining experience. The ambience is excellent, with beautifully designed ring-light formations on the ceiling complemented by plant-based lighting décor. The overall atmosphere feels premium, modern, and very inviting. We started with soups and ordered both Veg Sweet Corn Soup and Chicken Noodle Soup. Both were good, with decent taste and comforting flavors. In the veg starters, Dahi ke Sholay stood out as the highlight—crispy outside and perfectly balanced in taste. Baby Corn Chilli was flavorful and well-prepared. The Cheese Balls were crispy, but surprisingly lacked cheese inside, which was a bit disappointing. Among the non-veg starters, Fish Fingers were the best—crispy, fresh, and delicious. Chicken Leg Kebab was average in taste, while Drums of Heaven did not meet expectations, as I’ve had better versions elsewhere. The main course was the strongest part of the meal. Veg dishes like Malai Kofta and Paneer Lababdar were absolutely finger-licking good. The Mutton Rara was also impressive, with tender, well-cooked meat and rich flavors. However, the roti and naan need improvement, as they could have been softer and better prepared. Service was polite and courteous, with well-behaved staff throughout the visit. That said, the serving time could have been faster. One major drawback is the approach to the restaurant—the stairs are not elderly-friendly at all, which can be inconvenient for senior citizens.
