waiters serving ghee rost.When I asked my waiter abt this his told me that he was not aware of this . His reply is very casual as if he dont care abt our feelings feeding us cold idly in the morning. I had to shout at him for this in front of other customers but he is not in a apologetic mood. Then after food I took the bill to the counter for paying cash and I reproted this incident to the counter regaring the waiters behaviour and the cold idly. The counter staffs response was also not satisfactory. Same time another customer came there to remit cash and he supported me telling that he also was served with the cold idly. Then only the counter staff told us that he will chk it and gone to the kitchen. These kind of behaviour from your staff is to be stopped urgently. Ladies were very polite and gente. But you hav to train the male staff to behave properly to the customers. Pls keep up the stndard of Pazshayidam so that we all will support you
