Typical Maharshtrian food joint... had veg thali but they have nonveg too and Fish is their speciality... would revisit if Im going to Murud in future. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

1 chicken thali, 1 paplet thali, 1 prawas thali,. All foods is cold, service is worst, we complaint to manager but he is not serious about customer. We asked for serve hot food, they only replaced one curry which is taste less. We paid 1230/- but it is not worthy. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Lunch

Patil Khanaval in Murud delivered an unforgettable seafood experience, especially for crab lovers! The highlight was the crab thali, featuring the biggest and plumpest crab I've come across in any coastal eatery. The crab was fresh, perfectly cooked, and generously doused in a flavorful, aromatic curry that spoke volumes of the traditional Konkan spice blend. Crab Thali - A Showstopper The sheer size of the crab in my thali left me amazed; it's rare to be served such a substantial and meaty crab in one portion. It was a real showstopper as many other guest in the restaurant were sneaking on our table. The thali was completed with fragrant steamed rice, tangy solkadhi, classic amti (dal), and a medley of accompaniments that balanced out the flavors beautifully. Ambience & Dining Experience Patil Khanaval has a rustic, spacious setup under a canopy of coconut palms—ideal for coastal dining and large groups. The open-air seating creates a relaxed, friendly vibe, and the helpful service team ensures you feel right at home, whether seated indoors or outside. Definitely one of the best traditional seafood experiences on the Konkan coast!
