I took two aloo patties for parcel and clearly asked if they were fresh. The guy at the counter said yes with full confidence, but when I got home, they were cold, stale, and tasted terrible. When I called to inform them, the staff’s tone was rude and completely unprofessional. I’ve been a regular customer here for a long time, but after this experience, I’m extremely disappointed. If this is how they treat their customers and serve stale food, I’d strongly suggest others think twice before visiting this place. Service: Takeaway Food: 1 Service: 1
