Visited Hotel Shakti Palace Restaurant, and the experience was quite disappointing. The service was extremely slow — we waited for more than an hour for our order, even though the place wasn’t crowded. The food taste was average and not worth the wait. Definitely needs improvement in both service and quality. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹600–800

Over a span of 2 months i stayed in 3 different rooms in this restaurant. Pros complementary Brakefast is avaliable. Restaurant food is so tasty. Cons in all the 3 room i stayed there will be something which is not working in there for example - in 205 bathroom door got locked they came with a screwdriver to open it. - in 202 toilet faucet was full leaking, every time when i use water was spraying all over my body (they replaced it in the same day) - in 206 bed side switch is not working also in the power socket only in some angle it will deliver power.
