Parsa Restaurant, located on PT Usha Road near Vellayil's 4th Railway Gate, serves an array of Mughlai dishes. Known for its stylish ambiance, the restaurant aims to provide a relaxed environment for diners to enjoy a leisurely meal. Open daily from noon until 10:00 PM, it offers a substantial dining window for those interested in indulging in its offerings.
While some guests have praised the flavorful food and the chic decor, feedback about service timeliness has been mixed. It appears diners should expect a wait for their meals, aligning with the comment that this spot might not be ideal for those in a rush. The restaurant holds an expensive price level but details around exact costs or recent updates from the management are currently unavailable.
Despite not having significant listings on popular restaurant directories, Parsa does maintain a minimal online presence through platforms like Facebook and Instagram. Notably, visitor reviews available are over five years old, indicating a lack of current input about its operations or dining experiences. This absence of recent reviews and engagement from the restaurant suggests potential visitors may want to consider exploring other opinions or firsthand experiences to aid their decision-making.
It was a very bad experince for me and my friends today. I waited an hour for food and when I questioned about this to the service boy he replied that I would wait another 25 minutes. Upon hearing this, we got out of there and the service boy was so unprofessional to handle the situation. A Malayali should be appointed to work there to avoid situations like thes.
Yummy food made to order and served in a chic ambience by well mannered service personnel.
A cool place to hang out with family and friends over some yummy Mughalai cuisine. They take time to serve the good food so don't drop in if you are in a hurry.
I'm impressed with the passionate owner, dedicated staffs and the rustic decor of the place. Best wishes!
Visited Parsa restaurant twice in the last two weeks. Once in a small group and the second time as a group of 9. The food was excellent, undoubtedly the best Mughlai food in Calicut..But sadly the service was poor and slow. .Service matters a lot in the overall experience at a restaurant. I hope they take this into consideration and look into the finer nuances and improve their service
