1. I’ve ordered ‘red velvet mini cake’ but it’s not red velvet it’s chocolate cake inside, they just pretend it as red velvet with outer colour. Idk in which red velvet cake have chocolate flavour 2. You need to stop judging the customer based on the price of the food they bought When I asked the restaurant person if they can add lil note with the cake, straight away on the face he rejected ‘I can’t’ it’s small cake after that also I requested if you can just write in some sticky notes he refused no we can’t for small cakes., Understand people will buy what they ‘need’ irrespective of what hospitality providing people will think.you can’t judge your customer and behave accordingly. If you contjnue to Do so pls put a board or note your minimum order amount to ‘respect’ a customer Service: Delivery Food: 3 Service: 1
