A glass of water was accidentally spilled by me, and although the staff noticed it, no one took the initiative to clean the area. When I asked for the washroom, a senior staff member responded that there was only a wash area and no washroom, which was inconvenient and confusing. Additionally, I requested a plate change twice, but there was no response. Eventually, a junior staff member assisted me. Unfortunately, the food quality was also not up to the mark. Overall, the service experience did not meet expectations. I hope this feedback will be taken constructively to improve customer experience in the future.
