Horrible Experience – Rotten Food and Zero Accountability! I ordered Chicken Tikka Butter Masala from Food Palace via Zomato, only to be called an hour later and told they don’t have the dish. I agreed to switch it to Butter Chicken, but shockingly, they said they don’t have anything else except Chicken Lollipop. I asked them to cancel the order, but they rudely refused. Left with no choice, I accepted it — even though I knew the Chicken Lollipop costs less than what I originally paid. But that was only the beginning of the disaster. When the food finally arrived, I had two pieces and immediately felt something was off. The chicken smelled rotten, and when I tore into it, it was black and disgusting from the inside. Absolutely spoiled meat. It was so revolting I literally vomited. This was not just a bad meal — it completely ruined my dinner and my night. This place is serving unsafe, expired food and clearly has no basic hygiene standards. The staff was rude, unhelpful, and unapologetic. I’m shocked that Zomato even allows this restaurant on their platform. Avoid Food Palace at all costs — they don’t care about customer health, service, or food quality.
