Since we're from the Gurdaspur area and our relatives are from the Mansa side, this was our first time ordering from you. Currently, I am in the UK, and I placed this cake order online from here. Even from such a distance, everything was handled perfectly and professionally. Honestly, the experience was amazing. Your way of dealing with customers is very polite and professional. The cake design was exactly what I asked for-actually, it turned out even more beautiful than expected. The cake was a big hit! Everyone loved the design and taste and kept asking where it was ordered from Everyone loved it so much that they called me asking for the address of cake shop . Terrible experience with Paradise Bakery! They quoted me ₹400 for delivery, which was already steep. But what really took the cake (pun intended) was when they handed over my order to the bus driver without any care or professionalism. And when I tried to address the issue, the staff was extremely rude and uncooperative. Unbelievable service! Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
