1 Star (If I could, I’d give zero!). Review for: Pannalal Sweets, Kankarbagh, Patna WARNING: This place is a complete FRAUD. I had a horrible experience with Pannalal Sweets that landed me in serious trouble during a family function. They show beautiful, edited pictures of their sweets and snacks, but what you actually get is disgusting, stale, and totally different from what’s promised. I had ordered some different sweets and snacks based on their menu images and online display. What got delivered looked like it had been packed from a garbage bin. The sweets were spoiled, the snacks were cold, soggy, and tasted awful. It was a total disaster. Guests refused to eat, and I was forced to rush to another shop at the last minute. It completely ruined my event and caused huge embarrassment. When I called the shop to complain, the staff was rude and unapologetic. They offered no solution, no refund, not even a proper apology. This is not just poor service – this is clear and deliberate fraud. I strongly advise everyone to avoid Pannalal Sweets in Kankarbagh. They are unprofessional, dishonest, and have no respect for customers or quality. There are far better and more trustworthy sweet shops in Patna. Don’t fall for their fake promises and photos.
