The staff attitude towards customer is absolutely disappointing. It's as if they are paying us. If we call them to enquire about the online order they just and very hesitant to help us and blames zomato and Swiggy when in turn they cancelled the order. Basic decency towards customers is expected. This is truly pathetic.
