We arrived at the restaurant pursuant to our online reservation which was made a day prior and we were denied seating due to the restaurant's preference for offline bookings and alleged capacity constraints. This resulted in the complete disruption of my uncle's surprise 50th birthday celebration. I urge Zomato to consider delisting restaurants that demonstrate such disregard for both Zomato's platform and its customers. Seating was eventually provided only after a considerable delay and following a cancellation of an offline reservation. This restaurant's actions reflect poorly on Zomato and erode customer confidence. The manager's unapologetic attitude and prioritization of offline bookings are unacceptable. Zomato should implement a pre-booking confirmation process with restaurants in the future.

It was a good dine in at lamhe restaurant. The food was really delicious. Liked the ambience of the restaurant. It was really a good serve.
