I visited Social recently and had a mixed experience. The ambience was really nice—stylish, lively, and perfect for a casual hangout or evening out. The service was also on point; the staff were friendly and attentive without being overbearing. However, the food didn’t quite live up to the setting. It was okay, but nothing particularly memorable. Some dishes lacked flavor or felt a bit underwhelming for the price. If you’re going for the vibe and a good time with friends, it’s a solid choice, but if you’re after standout food, you might leave a little disappointed. Its really bad to see a chain of hotel with this large scale doing such cheap pratice, yesterday visited Palladium Social. After looking in the menu i ordered KingFisher Ultra drought 500ml...Which is of Rs 485 on the menu. Upon asking the bill, i was charged Rs 525 per glass. On inquiring with the server, he said the menu on the table was an old menu, and told me I should have scanned the menu card from the QR code on table. On which I replied to the server if he would had infirmed me ealier about old rates menu card on the table i would had done so. After which i called up the manager he apologized to me and offered me a 10 percent disouct. I also asked the manager to remove the menu cards from all the tables as they are misleading all the guests, on which he didnt react or care from the feed back given to him. And im pretty much sure its will not be changed today too..
