Food quality and quantity both are not good taste is also not good according to price.

Amidst the small town like pali this is one of the oldest hotel cum restaurant of the place. Had a stay of 4nights there for official purpose with my feedback as below: Rooms- 7/10: Overall found satisfactory to my needs and requirements, rooms are spacious enough for single stay or double occupancy as well but some amenities inside the room must be improved along with rooms service like cleaning rooms, washrooms and changing beds and pillow covers, washrooms were ok for the interest Food- 8/10: food comes from the restaurant available below the hotel, food quality and quantity is good enough compare to the price they have kept and the service was fast enough to be honest. Room rate are also affordable enough for anyone as the hotel is too some extent well decorated as well Service-9/10: room service was really good during my stay found the team to be responsive enough and fast when in need Payment facilities-7/10: can be improved in it's way although was satisfactory in my part, they charge 2% more over the bill when paying over cards which is acceptable owing to the remote location they are in Environment-7/10: peaceful enough but some marriage halls and grounds are near to the hotel which disturbed the sleep during one night owing to the late night marriage parades or functions there but came to limit within certain time Location-9/10: near to the road going towards the SGTPS plant for my purpose which was good enough as situated on the road itself What can be improved: can provide toiletries inside the room for the vistors as often we as frequent travellers don't carry them although the remote location and not so much availability of people can be a reason for not providing although the tea and coffee sets were available inside the room but the cups and glasses could be better Overall experience: 8/10 considering the remote location the hotel is in will say it's satisfactory to the need of having rest at night with good and affordable service as well
