Hotel staff is not polite it seems they don’t care if some one is waiting and are not bothered to attend waiting guestsworst experience ever. We had to come out without having food as nobody is bothered to give us a table

The ambiance at Hotel Pankaj Executive is quite pleasant, creating a welcoming atmosphere. However, this alone does not compensate for the shortcomings in service and food quality. During my visit, I ordered Naan, which turned out to be indistinguishable from Tandoor Roti—the batter seemed identical, with only the shape setting them apart. Additionally, the quality of the paneer was disappointing, lacking freshness and flavor. Overall, despite the nice setting, the culinary experience and service quality need significant improvement.
