What's the point of the buy 1 get 1 offsr if u don't want to give what the customer wants. I had ordered cheese popcorn so i had a buy 1 get 1 offer so i selected peri peri fired as the free item. But they gave me normal soggy fries

Hi, I ordered nachos from PVR and the food quality is extremely poor. The nachos arrived soggy, messy, and completely unfit to eat (photo attached).This is unacceptable from PVR, and I request a full refund for this order. Please escalate this issue to your higher team and ensure strict feedback is given to the restaurant.
