Dear Owner, I have been a regular customer at your restaurant who has visited almost 12-14 times in last 45 days. Everything seems decent but your service really sucks. Third time today it happened when I told no chilly in food as my wife is a chemo patient and son is little, still food was served extra spicy. Last time I came with 15 family members and your staff was not able to serve the food and delayed getting food on table and entire experience was ruined. I really feel pity because you have spent so much time on this restaurant, even food tastes good but because of your services I am afraid I may stop coming to your restaurant. It's a feedback and I hope you will take it seriously. Service: Dine in Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
