It's nothing like a mall It's so dim Very congested and good management is highly required for each store Like for example- Nykaa staff was rude, metro shoes were covered with dust, at youstab the ac water was leaking Moreover there are no such branded stores like pantaloons or oswals The collection in clothing stores is so shit Not at all worth it Very honest and personal opinion: just clubbing up a few stores and adding an escalator doesn't make a mall. It needs beautification, proper lighting and proper stores.

Overall experience is really good. We all are waiting for such super market in our own town like city centre of siliguri. Everything is decorated with an apple pie order. The grocery market is undergrounded . One thing to remember the Bill counters remain crowded,so you have to wait at least 20-30 minutes during your billing,as per my experience. The authority should implement the billing system Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
