It’s sad that a reputed restaurant like Paul’s has to give it’s customer’s a very baseless and ridiculous response to a simple request. The request was to increase the portion of veggies and instead of the potato that is given with the chicken breast. The manager on a Sunday afternoon stated the reason of costing of the veggies to say that we may order extra veggies on the side and they can remove the potato but they will not replace the potato with a portion of veggies. This is not the first time that I’ve seen their manager completely disregard and give baseless excuses and responses to the customer. For a restaurant like this at the Select CityWalk mall, it feels like a complete shame to give such a response.
