Good ambience and good service. Most of all they have a kid friendly menu. Their burgers are Amazing! Pat's Cafe was a huge disappointment. We ordered an iced coffee boba, which turned out to be a disaster. The boba tasted stale and awful, leaving an unpleasant experience that could make anyone hate boba for real. The place itself is small, crowded, and far from hygienic, with lots of frozen food on display. Despite being cheap, the quality of the food is extremely poor. When we informed the manager about the stale boba, he rudely dismissed our concern, saying we should’ve mentioned it earlier, not at billing. This unprofessional attitude added to the bad experience. Thankfully, we didn’t order anything else, as the place didn’t inspire confidence in its food quality at all. Definitely not recommended! FYI, it was not the manager, owner itself and that was me. You should have atleast kept half of the boba drink while complaining, definitely i would have given you another boba drink for sure. But you girls finished the whole drink and complained. Ofcourse you have the right to complain but what you did was a cheap showoff. Even this review is low-end. You only had boba drink and how can you comment about the quality of food. And about frozen food, all cafes including international serves frozen food, kid. I think you have Mysophobia, consult a psychiatrist. Think coz of your review had more customers for boba than usual, thanks And please please i don't need your recommendation for my cafe. You're not welcome here. PS: Dining and dashing not entertained
