Worst experience ever at Palegar's Cuisine Restaurant! Ordered sambar rice, and what I received was completely unacceptable—unboiled rice and substandard quality. When I brought this to the management’s attention, I was shocked by their response. They were unapologetic, rude, and outright dismissive, telling me to 'do whatever I want' as they don’t care about customer satisfaction. This level of arrogance and lack of accountability is disgraceful for any restaurant. They clearly have no respect for their customers or the quality of their food. Avoid this place at all costs unless you want to waste your money and be treated poorly. Palegar’s Cuisine has lost my trust entirely!
