Terrible experience yesterday.. both chicken items were chewy and hard and tasted really bad.. we requested fish starter to be less spicy but our request was not considered.. cocktails were okay.. place is almost dark and they give u a small table lamp after sunset… so basically u wont be able to see what ur eating… service is atrocious… our first starter was served after 50mins and the waiters are mostly running around the whole place and when u call them they don’t respond … I am never going to that place again… they charge 1k per head as cover charges for terrace access and after the final bill the amount gets adjusted… its a complete waste of money

We visited Ozora at Acropolis Mall during Durga Puja 2025, and it turned out to be one of our best festive dining experiences in Kolkata. The moment we stepped onto the rooftop, the city lights and open-air ambiance created a perfect festive vibe. The view from the terrace is simply breathtaking truly one of the best rooftop restaurants in Kolkata for couples and friends alike. We tried their kebab platter, freshly made pizza, signature mocktails and tiramisu for something sweet. Every dish was flavorful, beautifully presented, and portioned just right. The staff were courteous and helpful even with the Puja rush, though service could be slightly quicker during peak hours. The music and lighting perfectly matched the Puja mood, making the evening feel extra special. Overall, Ozora is an excellent choice for romantic dinners, festive celebrations, or simply enjoying Kolkata’s skyline. I had a terrible experience . The restaurant is manned with untrained , unprofessional and rude staff. The bar tenders do not have any idea of making cocktails. The food is tasteless. Everything over here is overcharged. Think before you plan to visit this restaurant
