Absolutely Disrespectful Staff, Overcharging & Ridiculous Policies – Never Returning! Our experience at Hotel Ozone was beyond disappointing. From the moment we asked for regular drinking water, the staff’s attitude was shocking. First, they gave us a mineral water bottle without asking, and after drinking it, we politely requested normal water (as is basic in any hotel). Instead, they brought another bottle, claiming it was from a “can” and that they don’t serve regular water at all. When we questioned this absurd “policy” and asked for an explanation, the staff became rude and aggressive matching our tone instead of acting professionally. Is this how paying customers are treated? To make things worse, they had the nerve to overcharge us for the water we never even asked for in the first place. Terrible service, zero courtesy, shady billing, and completely unacceptable behavior. If you care about basic respect and hospitality, avoid Ozone at all costs.
