Can't recommend Oya'a Umami Cafe enough - the tastes linger long on one's tongue long after leaving the place! The owner is very attentive which is great. Fabulous Naga flavors! Do visit when in Panjim. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Lunch
