waste of money , Cake was bitter in tast, very low quality don't compromise with your health never order from here not safe to eat for your health , went to give feedback with bitter cake they don't accept their mistake very much disappointed, instead of working on feedback they were admant in behaviour Ruin someone special occasion, so much embarrassment we faced in fron of relative they were also aware of this shop they will also will never order from here now they lose so many customer of their becouse of word of mouth. I could not be more pleased with my entire experience with Otik Cake Shop! I would give them more than 5 stars if I could! I would definitely recommend this bakery for anyone who wants to give/have a special treat! The customer service and the product was amazing! My questions about everything were promptly answered.They sent an invoice copy almost immediately after my order to verify some information to assure a smooth delivery. I was already more than impressed with them and then the cake arrived! They were beyond beautiful , they were all delicious! I only wish I lived closer so that I could enjoy them myself! I will definitely be placing more orders.Thank you for your wonderful service and your amazing cakes and pastries!
