I am absolutely shocked and disgusted by the treatment my father and I received at this shop yesterday (October 9th). I've been a regular customer since 2017, but after this experience, I will never be back and I urge everyone to be cautious. The staff's behavior was completely unacceptable. It started with them rudely questioning us for simply asking for an extra spoon. It got much worse from there. I bought two lassis and the cashier never gave me a receipt. When I went to the counter to pick them up, the employee refused to give them to me, even though I told him I had already paid. He physically held onto the drinks until the cashier had to yell at him twice to get him to release them. The most upsetting part was how they treated my elderly father with such disrespect throughout this whole ordeal. There was no apology, nothing. Their aggressive behavior was so bad that it cleared the entire shop—all the other customers left, and no one else came in. For a business run by Subhas Mandal and Rakesh Kumar, which reportedly has a turnover of over Rs. 40 lakhs, this level of service is a disgrace. Frankly, the food is not worth the taste, and it certainly doesn't justify this kind of abuse. They've lost a loyal customer and I'll be sharing this story everywhere I can. Not Recommended – Full of Cheating and Overcharging! Avoid visiting this place. They have confusing and unfair pricing.
