1. Food : They don't serve FRESH food. At least on a weekend night, I'd expect the fried rice and sweet corn chicken soup (which are staples) to be fresh and not heated in the oven. Customers can easily find if it's fresh or not. This place has so much potential in the food department. Another thing is the menu. Why is there pizza in the menu. Stick to what you know and do that well. Too many spelling mistakes too.
2. Ambience : ever since they redesigned, I don't feel like coming here because it's so badly decorated.you don't need blinds in an already dark room. It's dark and dingy and I wish it smellt like a fresh new restaurant. Nobody wants to walk into a shady place. It just doesn't have a happy vibe.
3. Service: this is the only department they excel in. The staff are very polite and understanding.
