Hi Pooja, At OriBonng, what you are calling "okay taste" is the same food, cooked by the same chefs, using the same authentic ingredients we have consistently used over the past 3–4 years i.e. the very food you once appreciated enough to order repeatedly. Nothing about our preparation, sourcing, or kitchen standards has changed. Our staff, most of whom have been with us for years, are well-trained and knowledgeable about the menu. You had also requested to see the size of the crab before ordering. We do not entertain such requests. We maintain a professional kitchen and service. We serve the food fresh, not showcase raw ingredients for approval at the table. We are completely transparent with our menu, pricing, and portions. Everything was clearly explained and fairly served. Our pricing reflects not just the portion but the high cost of premium ingredients (especially seafood) sourced in Gurgaon, valuable ingredients sourced directly from Bengal & Odisha,strict hygiene practices, fair wages, and the effort required to maintain authenticity. As for the ambience, you dined alongside several other guests who had no complaints about the environment. If it was truly as unbearable as you claim, it’s odd that others continued to enjoy their meals without issue. We are here to serve real Bengali and Odia cuisine for those who understand and value it. Team OriBonng
