Cons: The service was pathetic. They took the order after so long. We called them 2-3 times. Don't get me started with the time it took for the order to come. The staff was busy watching TV. We waited long enough because we are patient people. Even for the bill we called the staff 3 times. Not going there ever again.
Comfortable seating with good food .

Just a fancy name doesn't guarantee good food and good service. I had a pathetic experience at this place some 6 months ago. I had visited this place with family for dinner. The place was deserted and I feel we should have taken this as a hint and left. But thanks to our bad luck, we didn't.
So the horror story starts with Menu itself. There were hell lot of items mentioned in the menu. But once inquired, they made excuses that they can't serve some particular items. So at last we asked the person taking the order to suggest something that would fill our tummies.
After placing the order we had to wait for ages. It literally seemed as if the guy had gone out to fetch some fresh chicken to prepare the food. After waiting for approximately 80 minutes our food was ready to be served. Now the guy designated to serve the food was in a different zone all together. Apart from serving the food in the plate what he also did was served some food for my trousers also. And to my amazement, i guess this guy was living a dream in his own multiverse, he started laughing his guts out. When I checked with the manager it seemed that the waiter was in an inebriated state. Anyhow we ate our food and didn't enjoy it
