Visited this place for a friends engagement. At first the exterior looked decent but no internal space for parking. Managed to park on the road risking the vehical and exposing it to the unseen accident. If a place is hosting a ceremony or is offering such a service and no parking is a pathetic feeling in itself. Once we entered tbe lobby we asked for the washroom and since we had travelled from a distance we wanted to freshen up as well. The receptionist helped us with the direction and the moment we opened the door it had a strong odor and it stinked. My heart sank seeing the condition but since we had no option we struggled with limited space and utterly poor basic hygenic facility provided by the hotel. These guys should be sued for such providing such a dump ground. No proper tissues or lighting or lock available!!! Really thats the security and service provided.. what a real shame. Other washrooms were no better.
The seat lining or table clothes for the function were pathetically old stained and torn. The whole area looks like it has not been cleaned since ages.. this place should shut down for better if not for worse. The food arrangements were even horrible.. the plates bowls and serving spoons were stained and yellowish not cleaned properly and 3rd grade. Upgrade your cutlery atleast that is the minimum anyone can expect.
Suprisingly the food tasted good to be honest but i could see the dirty stained stuff all over be it table cloth, the cutlery or anything. The whole place is poorly managed. I dont know if the organizer were blind or the hotel was not concerned. But surely ad a guest i felt disgusted. Zero stars and i have not even mentioned my friends reviews. I am sure they have even more to express. God do not bless this place either give them some sense or pls send in a health inspector to check and shut down this place.

If You prefer a quality food with a luxury touch, then Hotel Orange Tree is a must visit place, I bet you won’t be disappointed with the variety of cuisines and blissful ambience here. No doubt, it is one of my personal favorite restaurant in Nashik!
