Great Vibes, Slow Tea, and a Couple of Hits & Misses 1. Ambience and Vibes (4/5): Lovely setup with soothing background music. Plenty of seating, and the window seats were especially nice. But the AC didn't seem to be working (or off) so it got warm inside. Also being the only one without a date was a bit awkward... literally everyone else seemed to come in pairs. 2. Service and Staff (4.5/5): It’s a self-service system. You order and pay first, then they call out your number to pick up your food. Nothing much to say here. 3. Foods and Drinks (2.5/5): The chicken items were alright, but the potato wedges were honestly some of the worst I’ve had (bland, oddly sized, and just wrong) and the sauce was indeed watery (just like other reviews mentioned). The cardamom tea was another downside... something that usually costs ₹20–30 anywhere else was ₹50 here, and it took about 40 mins. I get that they were busy and trying their best, but a hot drink arriving lukewarm felt disappointing. 4. Pricing and Value (4/5): Most items are well-priced and reasonable for what you get. But that tea I’m still a bit butthurt. Paid ₹20 extra just for it to turn cold. 5. Cleanliness and Hygiene (4.5/5): Spotless place. Staff immediately cleaned tables after customers left, which was great to see. Overall a genuinely nice spot for couples. The slower service actually gives them more time to sit and enjoy each other's company. But if you’re single or alone ye be warned. Service: Dine in Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Vegetarian offerings: Not sure
