Wait time was too long , for 2 dishes we have to wait for 2 hours. Worst lasagna I ever had and instead of cheese balls we received potato balls. Meal type: Dinner

The experience was great. We had a variety of food. I would suggest the Mexican chicken as a starter and the dragon chicken as another starter. For the vegetables, we had garlic breadsticks and Panner poppers. I stay in a hostel far from home and family. I ordered from this cafe, waited 40 minutes, and was starving since I hadn't eaten. Then they cancelled my order with a text saying 'Unfortunately, your order from Open Window Cafe Bistro could not be completed... Totally unprofessional service.!!!!!!
