Very bad experience. I ordered pathiri & egg roast during my train travel, & the food was to be delivered at my train seat at Palghat junction. The food delivery itself was delayed & the worst part was, only the egg roast was delivered. On contacting the restaurant,they offered to deliver chappati instead of pathiri, which again was not delivered to me as the train departed by then.Adding to this, i made a special request for plate & spoon, both of which were not delivered by the restaurant.Such a careless & irresponsible response by the restaurant to a food order that was placed during my long travel has created me immense inconvenience. Hence I demand for a total refund of the amount I paid for this order.
