    kindly provide a carry bag for the food. THE delivery boy was holding all the package in hand. what if one or even all the pacets fell.

    very bad. no food quality and no give any other spoon & frog no tissue paper.
    just call in One bite than no satisfaction answers. hotel prestige experience very BAD

    Dear Customer, Thanks for your review. As per the new guideline in Zomato if any of the customer wants cutlery (tissue/spoon etc.) he/she need to select the same while order the food so that it reflect in our order dashboard otherwise it shows "Customer doesn't want cutlery" and we act accordingly. Hence request to understand the same prior to give any negative rating just because of same.
