one of the restaurants providing thick crust in
pune had tried many pizzas but didn't find any
other restaurants serving thick crust). Drinks wer
good. And you must definitely try their choco lava
cake for sure.

2.The ingredients were fresh but there was general lack of pizza sauce of any kind so the taste was very much bland
3. The packaging was nice however since the base is so thick there should be tiny tripods to prevent the upper layer sticking to the cardboard top.
Points to consider
I suspect the chain/restaurant may be new, if so consider negative feedback to improve quality, taste etc.
Try offering thin base, one can actually get to know the taste of pizza/sauce
Give detailed and proper discription of each dish/menu offered along with its general taste (icons/symbols) -tangy/spicy/sweet..etc.
