Up for a snack? Try this street food stall during evening hours - then take a stroll through the foggy roads in the vicinity! Along our way back home, our sightseeing driver cum guide dropped us in “The Orchid” restaurant. Further, after a ‘not-so-satisfying’ meal in the posh restaurant, we were in, for a snack, and then we spotted this vegan street shack. Next up, he was unable to understand either Hindi, or English, so our driver conveyed our speech, and we had tried the soyabean dish, and it was better than most of its variants in TN, or KA. You may ask him to make it with gravy, or dry - spicy, or not. Along with that, we did try pakodas there, and everything was good. Next up, our guide finds 3x 500 rupee notes, and then hands over to the stall keeper, to return to the notes’ owner. After the spicy snack, we took a stroll through the dimly lit foggy road covered with leaves, amid the cold evening breeze on the 1st of May - straight outta a movie.
