From start to finish, the service was exceptional — the staff greeted us warmly and remained attentive throughout the evening without being intrusive. It’s definitely a place worth revisiting. We wanted to plan for a Birthday party clubbing with the resQ game but the whole experience was horrible. First and foremost the owner is completely lost and could not provide details on the number of portions to order. Later when we had asked/narrowed down on the requirements the quantity was not mapped and was a lot in excess. Finally, the charges agreed against what was charged were not the as per the agreement of 300 per person and was set per meal. The final nail in the coffin was the resQ room which was charged at 450 as against 400 which was agreed upon. Overall, NOT A FINE DAY!!
