We've been ordering from Om sweets since two decades ago. I've started to feel the quality of their some of the products that gone down. I ordered Fenia for my mom for Karva Chauth. When we had it there was no brown color of it and it was so thin that it soaked in the milk quickly. People trust brands and order from the same brand again and again due to taste. If the same cannot be promised, your business is at stake.
