I visited Oasis Fast Food in Kernal around midnight two days ago while waiting for my vehicle. I ordered a tea and a sandwich to pass the time. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The tea tasted very bad — it seemed undercooked and lacked proper flavor. The sandwich didn’t taste fresh and definitely did not match the pricing in terms of quality. For a late-night spot, I expected at least decent food, but this visit left me unsatisfied. Needs improvement in both quality and taste. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Great place on the Chandigarh Delhi Highway for a quick hot meal (It's on the left side when one travels from Chandigarh, so on the opposite route one needs to take a loop through the service lanes on either side of the highway). Courteous staff, clean toilets, not too crowded, reasonable parking space. There are a few shops in the complex that sell a variety of stuff too. Right next to it is a petrol pump that sells the right quantity and quality of fuel and it has an air filling and a tyre puncture repair service too. Both facilities (food and fuel) are owned and operated by the Haryana Government's Tourism wing. The Oasis fast food Karnal has excellent infrastructure. It has functioned very well for over 3 decades. Sufficient parking, shopping facilities, fuel pump, bar, restaurant and fast food, all in one complex. Washroom facilities are clean. However the place reeks of governmental bureaucracy. Less staff which is aging. Even the furniture requires change. Food and beverages are of adequate quality.
