Visited for Sunday morning breakfast. Walked in as a party of 3. Had texted with them the previous day informing my time of arrival. Reached a little late, and had to wait 20 mins to get a table. Food on it own was good. The live dosa, fresh squeezed juices and all south Indian hot dishes were good. People seemed to prefer the cold western food more. The only downside to this place was the service. It was an absolute let down. There seems to be no order, no waiters or managers assigned to any table. At the same time, live dosa counter told people to inform the waiter if they wanted a dosa and to not form a line at the dosa counter. Same for tea, coffee,etc. Very hard to communicate. Tables were always short of cutlery, tissues, essentials like jam, butter, pepper, salt. Waiters seemed to mix up orders, other requests. I also saw waiters pick cutlery up from one table to hand it to another customer. Didn't have too high expectations for food. But definitely had expectations for experience and service, both of which a were a let down. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: ₹1,800–2,000
