Nicely cooked tandoori chicken, tandoori prawns and tandoori fish will impress you at the first bite. Musicians make live music in the evening. The hospitable staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place great. The prompt service displays a high level of quality at this restaurant. From the guests' viewpoint, the ambiance is homey. Starting with the ONLY good part. This place has good food for sure having multiple dishes and options in menu. Now to the list of bad. 1. Relatively expensive and does not justify whatever little that it offers keeping in mind the bad part. 2. Food quantity and serve per dish is very less. Especially, jeera rice quantity is not sufficient for even a single person. 3. Service is atrociously bad. Worst service I ever had in any restaurant. 4. Staff is completely clueless while taking orders, giving food suggestions, serving. 5. Attitude of the staff is also reckless towards visitors and does not respond appropriately. To summarise, I won’t recommend this restaurant keeping the bad part in mind. Definitely food is good, but still, service and staff is what precedes in overall experience. For instance, water should be promptly served upon arrival, and basic items like glasses should be readily available without guests needing to wait. Additionally, any feedback or negative comments about the food should be taken seriously, with a quick and thoughtful response from the team. Overall Experience: While there are positive aspects to the experience, addressing these service and quality issues will greatly improve the customer experience. Service: The staff was very courteous and polite and eager to offer to better service. Ambience: Ambience was good for a group of friends to chill out and also for the families to have a quiet time together. They score very high on both the above parameters , but the point where they earn negative marking is that we were served a beer which wasn't chilled enough to relax and enjoy after having a hard day. Not a big ask by a customer who wants to have a good time,its like a basic hygiene parameter. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹1,200–1,400 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
