Convenient location and delicious breakfast buffet at the O Cafe, but that's about the extent of hospitality offered by what is advertised as a '5-star' hotel in the capital city. This place has probably seen better days and needs an upgrade in facilities and service. The outdoor seating dinner crowd at the restaurant can get very loud which is a little annoying for guests actually paying to stay at the hotel. Service: 2

Best. Good rooms, good service, great breakfast. Loved the stay. Staffs were very pleasant and helpful. Rooms were very clean and organized. Bumped into a few celebrities too. Definitely coming back for next visit to trivandrum. Worth the price. Service: 5
